German customers customized 1000mm rotary vibrating screen equipment to meet the needs of wet rice screening

A German customer had a special screening requirement. They wanted to screen wet rice and needed a customized rotary vibrating screen to meet their production requirements. In order to meet the customer's needs, we recommended a 1000mm rotary vibrating screen to them and made some customized designs.

According to the customer's requirements, we selected a two-layer circular perforated grid structure for the rotary vibrating screen, and adopted a mesh size of 2mm and 6mm. This design can effectively screen wet rice and achieve the classification requirements of different particle sizes.

In order to meet the special processing requirements of wet rice, the customer also required the discharge port to be lengthened and customized. We designed it to ensure that the wet rice can be discharged from the screening machine smoothly.

According to our estimate, the output of this customized 1000mm rotary vibrating screen is about 2 tons per hour, which can meet the customer's production needs.

With this equipment, the German customer can efficiently screen wet rice and grade the product according to different particle size requirements. Our customized design ensures that the equipment matches the customer's special requirements and provides customers with reliable and efficient screening solutions.
