Improving the quality of phosphate finished products: Egyptian customers choose 316 material linear screen solution
A phosphate customer in Egypt is committed to improving the quality of its products. For materials with a feed size of about 5 mm, they hope to remove fine particles below 1 mm through the screening process to improve the quality of the final product. At the same time, the customer also requires an output of about 50 tons per hour. In order to meet these requirements, we recommended an ideal solution to the customer - using 316 material linear screen.
Considering the corrosiveness of salt materials such as phosphates, we chose 316 material as the part in contact with the material. 316 material has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain the stability and durability of the equipment in harsh working environments. This choice ensures the reliability and long life of the equipment, meeting the customer's demand for durability.
We provide customers with linear screen model DZSF1840 and plan to provide 5 units. According to our estimates, the output of each unit is about 12 tons per hour to meet the customer's output requirement of 50 tons per hour.
By using these linear screens, customers can achieve efficient screening of phosphate feed. Fine particles will be screened out, thereby improving the quality of the final product. This screening solution will bring customers higher product quality and market competitiveness.
