Electric Vibrator Sieve For Fine Sugar

A client named Ron from Chile need an electric vibrator sieve for fine sugar, the detailed request is:

Mesh size: 3 layers, 70 mesh, 80 mesh and 100 mesh. Not quite sticky.

Throughout capacity: 40kgs/h

Trade term: CIF Valparaiso, Chile

Regarding 100 mesh is very fine, we intended to recommend ultrasonic system to help clean the mesh and improve the sieving efficiency, but when ultrasonic system works, the transducer and sieve frame have a bit of heat, it would cause the sugar to melt. Therefore we advice client the standard vibrator sieve with silicone balls.
