vibration sieve for spirulina to separate from culture of seawater

Customer’s requirement on vibration sieve:

to retain as much spirulina on the sieve. The aim is to pass the culture (seawater), keep the spirulina on the sieve and rid off of the remaining water.

Nominal flow rate of culture is 85 m3/hour;

A set of vibration sieves (15 um mesh size) made in SS316.

 Due to the width limit of 15 um mesh, we advise the diameter 800mm high frequency vibration sieve, contacting parts in SS316L, a set of several vibration sieves to reach that capacity.
