Regarding the space, we could advice the max diameter 1200mm vibro separator, the production rate 24t/h is quite large, to ensure the salt discharge quickly, we design to heighten the bottom pan to 250mm and make it with two outlet, meanwhile heighten the outlet,

Material is salt, stainless steel 316L is preferable,

As for the machine works 24/7, we advice the client to prepare some spare parts, like the sieve frame, motor(to be safe side), sealing gaskets, to reduce the shutdown time and not affect the regular production.
