How to maintain NE50 bucket elevator

Doing the maintenance work of NE50 bucket elevator is very important. It can prolong the service life and is convenient for safe operation. The methods are as follows：

1.You should re-tighten each connecting bolt when the elevator runs about 200 hours after first use or repair.
2.The operator should often observe the operation condition of the elevator and check that whether each connecting bolt is fastened and the chain and hopper are damaged. If the chain roller, chain pin and hopper are damaged seriously, the operator should repair or change them. Each factory should take big or small maintenance regularly according to their using condition and working environment.
3. If there is too much material accumulated at the elevator bottom, they should be removed to avoid affecting the elevator operation and strengthening the hopper wearing
4.The operator should often pay attention to adjust the spiral spring type tension device to make the chain keep proper tension.
5.Each lubricating parts should have good lubrication. But the operator should notice that the chain and the contacting surface between the main wheel, tail wheel and chain should not be coated with lubricating oil.
