First, use a tool to remove the ring screws on the vibrating screen, and then remove the broken screen.
Second, it is very important to select the mesh number of the screen that needs to be replaced. If the mesh number of the screen does not match, it will directly affect the accuracy and output of the screened materials.
Third, lay the screen flat on the pallet and flatten the screen as much as possible, but not too hard.
Fourth, after the screen is laid flat, use tools to tighten the screen as long as it is firm. It should not be too tight, otherwise it will cause the screen to break.
Fifth, build excess screen mesh around it, leaving two centimeters of excess fine mesh around the edge of the screen mesh, and remove all the rest.
Sixth, use U-shaped rubber rings to fasten the grid punching plate and grid, and then install the upper frame and beam ring.
Seventh, use a rubber hammer to evenly tap around the beam ring, lock the nut, and then rotate the vibrating screen to replace the fine mesh.
