Firstly, after the vibrating screen placed at a specific position, if user want to fix the vibrating screen, it should be noted that the vibrating screen machine must be in a horizontal position, otherwise,it will affect the normal operation of the machine.

Secondly, checking before the operation of vibrating screen:

1, whether the machinery seat is fixed.

2, whether the machinery body is in a horizontal state.

3, whether the body frame of the beam ring screw is locked.

4, whether the sieve is paved.

5, whether the machinery body is exposed to other items.

6, whether the distance between feeding tube and screen is sufficient.

Thirdly, the precautions in the operation of vibrating screen:

1, whether the motor is rotated in the direction indicated by the fuselage arrow.

2, whether the motor current is correct,having single-phase operation or not.

3, whether there is abnormal noise.

4, whether the fine sieve is too loose.

Fourthly, if above three items have no problems, you can feeding the few raw materials into the center of the screen, and adjust machinery according to the raw materials' flow direction, angle, speed, processing capicity, etc.
