The four causes of heaping material in linear vibration separator

1. Check whether choose the corresponding mesh screen cloth. The undersized mesh would lead to lower sieving precision.
2. Check whether the grand is stable. High inlet would make movement of material deviate to another side.
3. Check whether the screen cloth and outlet is level or overtop. Normally, it is level or over around 6mm. But according to different materials, the height is adjutable.
4. Check whether the angle of motor is correct. The incorrect adjustment of motor would make the material heap. Adjust the eccentric block on the top and bottom to make adjustment. The little the angle, the faster the material would disperse . The large the angle, the slower the material would disperse.
