The Same Model Linear Vibrating Sieve With The Different Sieving Efficiency

Most of the under-screen mixture is generally caused by broken screens and cracks after the screen frame is worn. It can be solved by simply inspecting the screen and screen frame and replacing them.

There may also be the following reasons:

1. Check the vibration motor to see if it is caused by the insufficient vibration force of the linear screen due to the loose angle of the eccentric block.

2. Check whether the screen of linear screen is blocked by the screen mesh, resulting in a decrease in the material throughput rate.

3. the customer use different feeding equipment. Is it because the feeding amount of this linear sieve is too large, which results in the material layer on the screen surface being too thick, and the material on the screen is out of the screen directly before it can contact the causing the mixture on the sieve.
