What should I do before operate ultrasonic vibratory screen ?

1. According to the direction of cable on the ultrasonic generator, insert the cable into the connector on the screen body tightly and correctly.

2. Turn down the rotary knob on generator into minimum, then turn on the generator switch and inspect whether it is abnormal.(The normal electric current is less than 200mA)

3. Inspect the vibratory screen, make the movement reach into the standard movement track.

4. Operate the vibratory screen, put a little materials and make the rotary knob a slight adjustment so that the screen cloth reach to a ideal situation.（the electric current should be less than 200mA）

5. When the ultrasonic vibrating screen works normally, put materials equably and then operate regularly.
