What is the problem with the straight screen not moving forward
The reason why the linear vibrating screen does not feed:
1. Vibration motor steering/insufficient excitation force of vibration motor:
When using a linear screen, two horizontal vibrating motors are used as vibrating screens. The direction of rotation of the motors can be divided into forward and reverse directions. Normally, the direction of rotation of the two motors is opposite. However, if the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly when the user is powered on, it will cause the motor to rotate in the same direction, resulting in the problem of the screen surface material not feeding;
2. Motor installation position issue:
There are three installation positions for the linear screen vibration motor: bottom, both sides, and top. If the installation position of the vibration motor is close to the feeding port, there will be a decrease in the speed of the material on the screen surface after running for a certain distance, and it will stay on the screen surface;
3. The height of the discharge port above the screen surface:
When designing a linear screen, if the discharge port is higher than the screen surface, there will be a problem of material stagnation on the screen surface and not being discharged during the production process.
4. The screen surface is not tensioned or damaged
The tension of the screen mesh and the flatness of the screen surface directly determine whether the material is subjected to uniform force and the speed of cutting and feeding. In the long-term use process, due to the impact of materials or the incorrect feeding method of fast and slow feeding, certain positions on the screen surface may become loose or damaged, which is usually the culprit causing the linear vibration screening machine to not feed; If the screen is fixed without tension when replacing it, it can also cause slow feeding.
5. The installation of the sieve box is not horizontal
The screen box of a small linear vibration screening machine is a placement frame for the screen mesh and mesh frame, and its level directly affects the level of the screen mesh and mesh frame. If the screen box is not installed horizontally with the same water plane, it will cause the screen surface to tilt, resulting in deviation in material stress and inability to flow in a straight line as scheduled.
