Why the feeding of material in vibrating screen must be uniformly ?

        We all know that the first step after start the vibrating screen is feeding material. However, the only requirement is to feed uniformly. But why feed uniformly ? What will happen if not uniform? If the specific situation cannot make it, what should we do? Now, we will answer these questions.
1. Why the feeding of material should be uniform ?
     When feeding material too much at a time, the material would be heaped on one area. So, the machine cannot run smoothly. Besides, if this situation last a long time, the screen cloth would be pressed and become loose. At last, the capacity would be decreased drastically.

2. What will happen if cannot feed uniformly?
     If feeding material too much at a time, the load of motor would be increased suddenly. Besides, the vibration motor in a unbalanced status intrinsically, which would cause the motor damage and decrease the service life.
3. If the specific situation cannot make the feeding uniform, what should we do?
     If the specific situation cannot ensure the feeding uniform or the material possesses the large impact force, the operator could require us to add a buffer net on the inlet so as to make the first screen cloth safe.
