Self-cleaning Screen Device of Vibrating Screen

Self-cleaning screen device is an important part for vibration screen equipment, main devices as following:

1.Bouncing ball cleaning device, a common cleaning screen device for vibration screen, located under the screen mesh, by motor vibration to make bouncing ball jumping, then cleaning this screen mesh.

2.Ultrasonic cleaning screen device with best effect, and some harder screening materials can be separated into different particle size materials by ultrasonic high-frequency device.

3.Forced filter cleaning screen device, different with bouncing ball and ultrasonic, it is installed at the upper end of screen mesh, main device is force brush or rubber scraper, force the materials smaller than mesh hole to the low end of screen mesh, then discharged by fine material outlet.
