The familiar malfunction and measures of belt bucket elevator

1. The belt slip
Cause:
a. The belt is too lose, and the adjustment route is too short.

b. The resistance of bearing on upper roller and bottom roller is too large.

Measures:
a. The operator should stop the machine and fasten the tension device if he ovserve the belt slip.

b. Check the upper and bottom roller, if need ,replace it.

2. The belt deviating

Cause:
a. The upper roller and the bottom roller is not balanced.

b. The the belt is aged and worn.

c. The belt joint is not straight.

Measures:
a. The operator should check and adjust the rollers to make them balanced.

b. Replace new belt.

c. Relink the belt.
